Daraty won European Youth Award– Know Award last week at the EYA 2017 Festival in Graz, Austria!
Daraty was awarded by the Austrian Know-Center – one of Europe´s leading research centers for data-driven Business & Big Data Analytics. The Know-Center believes that teaching kids electronics is a skill in demand and will be even more in demand in the future.
During the last couple of months, the European Youth Award called for innovative projects combining digital innovation with social value. 144 applicants from all over Europe and the Union for the Mediterranean submitted their projects – and 17 passed three evaluation rounds to be the “EYA Winners 2017”.
United in Digital Creativity
Different countries, diverse challenges and multiple approaches solving many societal and socio-cultural problems. The winning projects came from 13 different European countries: Austria (3 projects), Bosnia & Herzegovina, Cyprus, Norway, Germany (2 projects), Kosovo, Montenegro, Morocco, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, United Kingdom (2 projects) and also Syria.
Daraty was among these winners and received recognition and honor on the international EYA stage.
Proudly, Daraty also had received a letter of recognition from the Representative of the European Commission in Austria, Dr. Jörg Wojahn, at City Hall Graz, Austria!
